Qualifications

• Experience in handling inbound/outbound shipments and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records for all inbound and outbound deliveries.
• Coordinate outbound orders from Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Prepare shipping documents, delivery orders, and invoices.
• Coordinate and assist with warehouse administration.
• Provide customer service coordination with customers.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow HSSE policies and procedures.
• Act as ground operations member ensuring daily activities meet business objectives.
• Involve in continuous improvements to boost operation performance.
• Build strong relationships within the operations team and with customers.
• Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and delivering performance.
