Job summary

Qualifications

• GCE O'Level or Diploma in logistics or supply chain management.
• At least 3 years of warehouse work experience.
• ERP software experience with Navision or SAP is an advantage.
• Initiative to understand workflows and processes for efficiency.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills; good interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive goods and track deliveries with suppliers and the supply chain team.
• Provide admin and accounts support.
• Prepare delivery orders and arrange job deliveries.
• Verify goods against PO/DO and note discrepancies.
• Conduct monthly stock takes and maintain documentation.
• General data entry and filing as needed.
• Ensure proper storage security and follow-up on outstanding orders.
