Job summary

PSA BDP Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a reliable Warehouse Assistant to support daily operations in a Life Science and Healthcare warehouse environment. Responsibilities include receiving, put away, picking, packing, dispatching orders, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

The role works with the Team Leader/Supervisor to meet customer and operational requirements, with a 5.5-day work week and hours from 9am to 6pm on weekdays and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations is preferred.
• Able to operate material handling equipment (MHE).
• Willingness to follow HSSE procedures and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, put away, inspect and process incoming stocks.
• Pick, pack and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently.
• Organize and maintain inventory in designated locations.
• Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts; assist in audits.
• Report damaged goods or discrepancies to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow HSSE policies.
