• Minimum 3–5 years in warehouse operations with 1–2 years in supervision
• Diploma/Degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration or equivalent
• Forklift license or Class 3 driving license with willingness for forklift certification sponsorship
• Hands-on mindset with willingness to work on the ground with the team

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations: receiving, sorting, picking, packing, and dispatching
• Lead on the warehouse floor alongside the team to maintain momentum and meet daily turnaround times
• Maintain high accuracy in inventory levels and organize storage layouts
• Identify bottlenecks and implement workflows to improve speed and accuracy
• Shadow the Logistics Manager to learn planning, vendor management, budgeting, and logistics strategy for future promotion
