Job summary

Rida is seeking its first dedicated Growth Marketing Lead to bring a new generation of AI products and services to market. You’ll own the customer journey and shape positioning, testing acquisition channels and improving onboarding and paid usage, with a marketing budget and specialist support for paid advertising, video and design.

You’ll work directly with the founder and engineering team, defining audiences, launching campaigns and driving adoption from early stages toward repeat usage.

Qualifications

• Experience growing a software product, marketplace or digital service.
• Owned work that improved adoption, paid conversion, retention or acquisition economics.
• Strong writing and the ability to make unfamiliar technology understandable and useful to customers.
• Hands-on experience with landing pages, analytics and marketing experiments.
• Working knowledge of paid search and social advertising.
• Confident collaborating with engineers and speaking directly with customers.
• The judgement to prioritise, execute and learn in a small team.
• Experience with B2B SaaS or product-led growth is particularly relevant.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers to identify problems, use cases and messages that drive adoption.
• Shape product positioning, launch campaigns and customer offers.
• Build and improve landing pages, product demonstrations and acquisition campaigns.
• Test growth through search, social media, founder content, referrals and partnerships.
• Work with engineers to improve signup, onboarding and conversion to paid usage.
• Develop campaigns that encourage customers to return, expand their usage and recommend the product.
• Manage specialist contractors and the marketing budget.
• Use acquisition cost, conversion, retention and revenue data to guide investment.
