Job summary

Workstream is building an all-in-one HR, payroll and hiring platform for the hourly workforce. We are seeking a Head of Brand & Product Marketing to own positioning, launches and brand across AI-native products as we expand from a vertical SaaS leader into a frontline-workforce platform.

You will run product marketing, brand, content, and design as one team, report to revenue leadership, and see your work impact the pipeline within weeks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B marketing with real product marketing depth.
• Experience leading marketing teams and driving pipeline growth.
• Experience with SMB/horizontal markets and frontline/workforce tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own Workstream's positioning and messaging end to end.
• Run GTM launches for AI-based products alongside hiring, HR, and payroll.
• Lead brand, content, and design across website, case studies, video, webinars, and social.
• Collaborate with Sales on narratives, ROI stories, and customer proof; participate in deals.
• Build and lead a small, high-output team of marketers and designers.
