Job summary

Janus Digital is seeking a hands-on Head of Marketing to own strategy and execution from day one. You will personally drive campaigns, MarTech integration, and sales enablement while shaping a scalable team in a fast-growing AI-native environment.

You will lead end-to-end marketing, set the narrative for C-suite buyers, and own ABM across launch markets including the UK and Singapore, with a strong focus on ROI and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of progressive B2B technology marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and set Janus Digital’s marketing strategy: market prioritisation, positioning, channel mix, budget allocation and plans.
• Define and refine commercial narrative for C-suite buyers.
• Architect and run Account-Based Marketing across launch markets (UK, Singapore).
• Pioneer AI-native growth, including paid advertising and SEO/SEM approaches.
• Build sales enablement tools and collaborate with sales for high-value deals.
• Manage LinkedIn as a priority channel and ghostwrite for executives.
• Deploy and manage a lean MarTech stack and AI agents daily.
