You will design and execute full-funnel campaigns across paid social, search and other channels, analyze performance, and optimize spend using AI, while collaborating with product, data science and creative teams to deliver measurable growth.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing with focus on user acquisition or engagement.
• 8+ years designing and analyzing marketing experiments, including A/B testing and incrementality measurements.
• Experience using quantitative analysis and marketing data to inform decisions and optimize campaigns.
• Demonstrated AI fluency — using AI tools in day-to-day marketing work to deliver faster outcomes.
• Experience developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple markets.
• Experience using marketing analytics and attribution platforms to measure campaign performance.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated growth programs.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns across paid social, search, and other digital channels to drive acquisition, retention and brand awareness.
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing spend using AI to accelerate insight generation.
• Monitor daily campaign operations and performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations for real-time optimization.
• Manage budgets and forecast marketing performance to meet growth targets, adjusting channels based on in-flight data.
• Collaborate with product marketing, Martech, research and creative teams to ensure go-live across timezones.
• Partner with analytics and data science to develop measurement frameworks and attribution models.
• Demonstrate measurable impact from AI-augmented workflows and share learnings to scale adoption.
• Stay current with industry trends and AI capabilities to improve marketing effectiveness.
