Job summary

Great Eastern is seeking a Manager, Distribution Business Propositions to support the AVP in delivering Life business strategies across Agency and Financial Advisers channels in Singapore. The role emphasizes growth, distribution capability, and maintaining high business quality with regulatory awareness.

The successful candidate will lead product workshops, coach reps, coordinate with compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive ILP opportunities and sales performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Business Management, Banking and Finance or relevant degree.
• Min. 3 years of experience in Life Insurance (Agency or Bancassurance or FA).
• Min. 3 years of experience in Life Distribution as Business Development or Product Trainer.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategies and plans for growth in Life business and to achieve marketplace leader position in the Agency/FA channels.
• Assist and support the AVP of DBP in developing and managing Life Business Strategies.
• Monitor the quality of ILP business in terms of persistency rate, premium holiday trend, reduction of premium frequency; implement safeguard measures.
