• 10+ years in sales and staff management in Financial Advisers sector.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.

• Plans and executes recruitment, activation, and productivity growth strategies.
• Drives revenue growth across all lines and profitability.
• Develops and strengthens value proposition through partnerships and onboarding.
• Negotiates terms with partners and ensures alignment with strategy.
