Job summary

Singlife is seeking an Adviser Proposition professional who can shape how advisers engage, advise and convert clients. You will build a proprietary Adviser Persona library, translate market intelligence into compelling conversations, and develop practical playbooks for field use.

The role sits at the intersection of Distribution, Product, Marketing, Customer, Insights and Strategy, driving differentiated propositions and commercial growth through the FA channel in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in life insurance, financial services, wealth management, financial advisory or related field.
• Strong and demonstrable understanding of the Singapore Financial Adviser ecosystem.
• Proven experience translating market or customer insights into commercial propositions and sales outcomes.
• Experience developing sales narratives, playbooks, toolkits or adviser engagement programmes is highly valued.
• Experience in distribution strategy, adviser propositions, product propositions, sales enablement, customer segmentation, marketing or business development.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Singlife's Adviser Persona & Archetype Engine with a library of customer archetypes.
• Translate field intelligence into clear proposition opportunities and sales plays for Distribution.
• Develop persona-based sales narratives, conversation frameworks, and needs-based selling journeys.
• Create scalable adviser playbooks and client-facing tools embedded in training and campaigns.
• Track competitor propositions, product innovation, and adviser sentiment to inform strategy.
• Maintain external view of the Singapore FA landscape and translate insights into action.
