• Experience building and scaling customer engagement programmes.
• Strong working knowledge of MAS regulatory requirements for insurance sales and financial advice.
• Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership abilities.
• Experience with CRM platforms and data-driven engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the channel strategy aligned with GAFA objectives.
• Own compliance posture for the channel, ensure MAS and internal policy alignment.
• Serve as primary interface between Skybranch and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Own the channel performance framework and drive conversion targets.
• Sponsor technology readiness for CRM, AI, and customer insight platforms.
