Job summary

The Great Eastern Life Assurance Company Limited is seeking a Manager, Distribution Business Propositions (DBP) to support the AVP in executing growth strategies for Life across Agency/FA channels in Singapore. The role emphasizes strategic management, development of Life product propositions, and strengthening distribution quality and performance.

You will collaborate with multiple internal teams to educate distributors, manage compliance risks, and drive business results, while leading focused

Qualifications

Min. 3 years of Life Insurance experience (Agency or Bancassurance or FA)
Min. 3 years of Life Distribution experience as Business Development or Product Trainer
Experience with ILP products preferred
High integrity, accountability and teamwork
Initiative to improve current processes and adapt to change

Responsibilities

Strategic Management: support updates on life product development and conduct product/sales proposition workshops
Business Development: raise Life sales knowledge and opportunities for Reps; recognize top producers
Operations & Communication: provide fund performance updates and sales updates to leaders and producers
Risk & Compliance: monitor regulatory risks and share best practices to safeguard the company
