Job summary

Google Cloud SEA seeks a Share Growth Lead for GTM to drive regional Go-To-Market initiatives. You will partner with sales, product, and marketing to translate global GTM strategy into regional playbooks and accelerate cloud adoption.

The role requires deep GTM experience in cloud, strong stakeholder influence, and comfort solving ambiguous problems. You will work across sub-regions to optimize performance and demonstrate impact with data-driven practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience in technical or go-to-market (GTM) planning for a cloud business in a customer-facing or support role.

Responsibilities

Ensure sub-region plays are applied and knowledge shared among field teams, partners, and GTM stakeholders.
Understand predictive models for each play and assess fit; execute GTM plans regionally.
Engage in measurement and analysis of cross-product performance to drive growth opportunities.
Assist in delivering business reviews and tracking GTM progress.
Collaborate across functions to create programs that boost internal engagement and momentum.
