Zendesk Singapore PTE (Singapore) is seeking a Senior SMB Account Executive to grow our Greater China-focused B2B SaaS business. You will hunt new opportunities, close deals, and build lasting client relationships across a diverse set of industries.

You will leverage data, customer intent, and adoption history to expand accounts, cross-sell solutions, and drive revenue growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Hybrid work model with part onsite presence is offered.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales or channel sales experience with targets.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin; Cantonese a plus.

Responsabilités

• Drive top-line revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding accounts.
• Manage and nurture customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Cross-sell additional Zendesk products to existing customers.
• Use data insights and historical adoption to prospect new clients.
• Articulate Zendesk product benefits aligned to customer objectives.
• Lead competitive sales cycles with value-based selling.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and accurate Salesforce updates.
• Provide accurate forecasts and exceed revenue goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales execution.
• Meet weekly and monthly activity and pipeline KPIs.
