Job summary

Zendesk Singapore is seeking a Senior Account Executive with a proven B2B SaaS sales background to drive new logo acquisition and grow the Commercial/Mid-Market base in the Greater China region. You will own your pipeline, expand existing partnerships, and close deals of varying sizes and cycles.

The role emphasizes new business, strategic account growth, and Mandarin and/or Cantonese proficiency for Mandarin-speaking customers, with strong relationship management and value selling expertise.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
• Ability to build and manage a pipeline of net-new logos and expand existing accounts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience selling to VP/C-level buyers.

Responsibilities

• Drive top-line revenue growth by acquiring new commercial customers and expanding account value.
• Own net-new logo acquisition and proactively source opportunities to meet quotas.
• Nurture relationships to maximize satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.
• Cross-sell additional Zendesk products to existing customers to optimize revenue.
• Leverage data, intents, and adoption history to improve prospecting and renewal strategies.
• Communicate Zendesk product benefits in line with customer business goals to close deals.
