Mummys Market Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a highly analytical Performance Marketing Executive to maximise the effectiveness of digital advertising campaigns across platforms. You will monitor campaigns, track KPIs like ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR and conversions, identify issues early, and implement data-driven optimisations.

This role offers ownership of campaigns and a pathway to advanced marketing management as the team expands.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising or paid media campaign management.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads; experience with both is preferred.
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented and comfortable working with performance dashboards and spreadsheets.
• Able to identify performance trends, investigate root causes and translate data into practical actions.

Responsabilités

• Monitor paid advertising campaigns closely across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads and other relevant digital channels.
• Track KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR and conversion rate, compare to targets and benchmarks.
• Identify unusual fluctuations and emerging opportunities promptly and investigate root causes.
• Take timely corrective action by adjusting budgets, bids, targeting, placements and settings.
• Recommend and execute A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences and approaches.
• Reallocate budgets towards better-performing campaigns within agreed limits and monitor impact of changes.
