Job summary

Oneness M&C Pte Ltd is seeking a Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in paid search and a data-driven mindset to improve campaign outcomes. You will own campaigns from setup to reporting and communicate results to clients.

Responsibilities include managing Google Ads/SEM, tracking KPIs, conducting keyword research, testing ads and landing pages, and coordinating with internal teams to implement improvements aligned with client goals.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads/SEM campaign management.
• Strong understanding of paid media metrics and campaign optimisation.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and convert findings into actions.
• Confident in presenting performance and recommendations to clients.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools is an advantage.
• Exposure to SEO is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of paid search campaigns from setup to ongoing optimisation and reporting.
• Manage Google Ads / SEM campaigns with budget utilisation and performance focus.
• Track KPIs such as conversions, CPL, CPA and ROAS.
• Conduct keyword research and refine targeting, bidding and structure based on performance.
• Run tests on ad copy, keywords, audiences and landing pages to improve conversion efficiency.
• Investigate performance changes and implement corrective actions.
• Present campaign results to clients with data-backed recommendations.
• Discuss objectives and challenges with clients to align strategies.
