Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in spreadsheets.
• Results-oriented, with a willingness to test and learn.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital campaigns across paid advertising, social media, email and search.
• Identify new channels, partnerships and opportunities for growth.
• Conduct A/B testing on advertisements, landing pages and offers to improve conversion rates.
• Monitor campaign budgets and key metrics such as leads, cost per acquisition and return on ad spend.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with recommendations.
• Work closely with the Sales team to align campaigns with sales targets.
