Job summary

TOPKEE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Digital Performance Account Executive to manage campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and more, coordinating with performance, creative, technology and data teams to drive measurable growth.

You will review performance data, identify improvement opportunities, and clearly communicate recommendations to clients, helping them move from activity to leads, sales and tangible ROI while learning Topkee's marketing tech stack.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable communicating with clients and coordinating multiple projects.
• Analytical mindset and willingness to work with campaign and business data.
• Interest in digital advertising, AI, technology and business growth.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with early-career experience are welcome.
• Structured training, internal systems and guidance will be provided.
• Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics or agency experience is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate campaign execution across multiple channels with clients and internal teams.
• Understand client business objectives and translate them into effective campaigns.
• Review performance data and identify opportunities for optimization.
