99 Group in Singapore is seeking an experienced digital marketing professional to lead performance marketing and growth initiatives. You will manage channels across Web & App, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, retargeting and display advertising, and drive measurable results.

You will analyze data, report on campaign performance, and brainstorm innovative strategies to optimize spend, conversions, and brand impact in a fast-paced tech start-up environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to work independently with efficiency.
• Experience with paid marketing channels and technologies.
• Good knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
• Demonstrable experience managing SEM, email marketing, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Analytical, accountable and self-driven with strong analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan and develop marketing channels on Web & App (SEO/SEM, email, social media, retargeting and display advertising).
• Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
• Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies to maximise conversions.
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
• Analyse and measure campaign performance through marketing metrics (web analytics tools).
• Strong focus on data tracking and analytics, and developing actionable insights across marketing assets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Utilise data and market trends to inform campaign planning, strategy and product enhancements.
• Monitor trends and competitor insights to identify opportunities that differentiate the brand.
• Develop engaging and innovative creatives for campaigns across multiple channels.
• Drive demand generation, build brand awareness and generate leads for the sales team through performance marketing campaigns.
