Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive – Performance Marketing to plan and run performance-driven campaigns across Meta and Google from our Singapore base. You will build conversion funnels, test landing and sales pages, and craft direct-response copy for ads, emails and video scripts.

The role requires a diploma or degree and at least 1 year in digital marketing, with strong copywriting and a keen data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.
At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, advertising or performance marketing.
Strong copywriting ability with a good understanding of persuasive and direct-response marketing.
Comfortable working with marketing metrics, campaign data and performance results.
Creative, adaptable and proactive with a strong interest in digital marketing.
Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, ClickFunnels, HubSpot or Generative AI tools will be advantageous.
Interest in financial markets, investing or trading would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute performance-driven digital marketing campaigns across Meta and Google.
Build and optimise conversion funnels, including A/B testing of advertisements, landing pages and sales pages.
Develop compelling marketing hooks, messaging and direct-response copy across ads, emails, video scripts and landing pages.
Conceptualise engaging video advertisements and work closely with designers, video editors and content specialists.
Create clear creative briefs and support the development of lead-generation assets such as e-books, reports and short courses.
Use Generative AI tools to support marketing ideation, content development and campaign execution.
Monitor campaign performance and stay updated on new advertising channels, tools, formats and marketing trends.
