Job summary

Seoulstart in Singapore is seeking a customer-facing B2B sales professional to grow revenue within a portfolio of 200–300 SME customers in the technology or fintech space.

You will identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the product suite, monitor real-time data to spot high-potential accounts, and engage C-level stakeholders through complex sales cycles. Strong written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B experience growing technology or fintech SME relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication in both English and Chinese.
• Experience with complex sales cycles and selling to C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue inside a portfolio of 200 to 300 existing SME customers.
• Identify and close upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities across the product suite.
• Monitor real-time transaction data to spot high-potential accounts and risk signals.
