Job summary

FCM Travel Asia is seeking a driven Business Development Manager for SME accounts in Singapore. You will lead end-to-end sales, from prospecting to closing, targeting growth-focused SMEs with a world-class travel technology platform and a support-driven team.

You will own the sales journey, build strategic relationships, deliver compelling proposals, and maintain a robust pipeline to maximize TTV in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' solid track record in successful B2B sales.
• Experience in travel industry is a plus.
• Strong relationship-building and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Smash monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop and execute strategic SME sales plans.
• Identify and prioritise new business opportunities.
• Represent FCM to key decision-makers and create proposals.
• Maintain pipeline and forecast sales revenue.
• Handover closed deals to account management and maximize TTV.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Product, and HR.
• Use CRM to analyze performance and improve results.
