Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a travel coordinator to manage group and corporate bookings, coordinate itineraries, and liaise with hotels, transport operators, and venues.

You will handle visa questions, prepare travel docs, and support the sales team with proposals and operational tasks. Diploma or degree in Hospitality and Tourism is required; 1–2 years’ experience preferred, but candidates with no experience are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management or related field.
• 1–2 years in tourism/hospitality preferred; candidates without experience encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air ticket reservations and travel arrangements for group and corporate bookings.
• Liaise with land operators, hotels, restaurants, event venues, and service providers to obtain quotations and confirm bookings.
• Plan and coordinate travel itineraries, airport transfers, coach transportation, and related logistics.
• Prepare travel documentation, luggage tags, tour booklets, briefing materials, and pre-departure kits.
• Handle visa enquiries and travel insurance purchases through phone and email correspondence.
• Manage and resolve operational issues, disputes, and customer complaints with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the sales team with proposal preparation and operational coordination.
• Assist the business travel team with daily operational activities and travel-related arrangements.
• Issue event orders, invoices, and related documentation for operational support services.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
