A leading design agency in Singapore is urgently hiring a Graphic Designer to create both digital assets and print materials. The role requires a minimum of 4 years’ experience, strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and a solid understanding of branding and design. Responsibilities include designing for digital campaigns, managing corporate visual identity, and supporting photoshoots. The candidate should be highly organized and proactive in their approach. 1) Digital Design
Design digital assets and interface elements for websites, digital campaigns, and social media channels, including banners, animations, GIFs, and short-form video content.
Perform image retouching and basic video editing.
Ensure visual accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines across all outputs.
2) Print & Brand Collateral
Design client-facing materials such as invitations, greeting cards, red packets, menus, brochures, posters, and in-store collateral for engagement programmed.
Develop refined concepts for print advertising that align with each brand’s visual language and identity.
Coordinate with printers and external vendors on artwork specifications, proofs, and production, applying knowledge of premium print finishes and techniques.
3) Photoshoot & Creative Development
Support in-house photoshoots through mood boards, styling concepts, and creative direction.
Contribute ideas that enhance visual storytelling across campaigns and brand initiatives.
4) Corporate Visual Identity
Maintain and evolve the Group’s corporate visual identity, enhancing brand guidelines in line with strategic objectives.
Present creative concepts for corporate projects, drawing on strong aesthetic sensibility and awareness of contemporary design trends.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a branded environment or creative agency.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro is an advantage.
Solid understanding of digital campaign requirements and print production processes.
Technical expertise in preparing artwork for print (PDF) and digital formats (PNG, JPEG).
Experience working with printers and external agencies is preferred.
Strong aesthetic judgement, exceptional attention to detail, and a genuine passion for branding and graphic design.
Highly organized, adaptable, and confident in managing multiple deadlines.
Collaborative, communicative, and proactive with a positive working style.
