About the Role
UPPF is refreshing and expanding its global brand, and we’re looking for a hands‑on Graphic & Content Designer to turn our branding directives into sharp, consistent visuals across print, digital and merchandise. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to create campaigns and assets that feel premium, technical and aspirational – from social media posts and brochures to event visuals and installer merch. This is a great role for a 1–3 year designer who wants real ownership, fast learning and broad exposure.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Design Execution
- Translate brand guidelines and creative direction into consistent visual assets across all channels.
- Maintain and evolve UPPF’s visual identity (colors, typography, layouts, imagery) across touchpoints.
- Marketing Collaterals
- Design brochures, flyers, catalogues, spec sheets, trade show materials, presentations and sales decks.
- Create artwork for packaging, labels, stickers and installer-facing materials.
Digital & Social Media Graphics
- Design static and animated graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms.
- Adapt key visuals into multiple formats (stories, reels covers, ads, banners, thumbnails, etc.).
- Work with the marketing team to ensure designs support campaign objectives and messaging.
Merchandise & Event Assets
- Design graphics for T‑shirts, caps, lanyards, tote bags, decals and other branded merchandise.
- Support design for trade show booths, backdrops, posters, standees and on‑site signage.
Basic Video & Motion
- Perform basic video editing for short social clips, reels and brand snippets (cutting, trimming, simple transitions, titles, basic sound).
- Assist in creating simple motion graphics or animated text where applicable.
- 3D & Visualization (Nice to Have)
- Use basic 3D/interior or booth design software to visualize trade show booths, showrooms or point‑of‑sale displays (training can be provided if you are a fast learner).
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer / Content Designer or in a relevant role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing marketing collaterals, social media graphics and brand‑led design
- Ability to quickly understand and apply brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all assets.
Proficient in:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Canva
- Comfortable exploring and learning new AI‑powered design and content tools.
- Basic experience with video editing (e.g. Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Detail‑oriented with a good sense of layout, typography, color and hierarchy.
- Fast learner, proactive, and able to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Good communication skills and willingness to take feedback and iterate quickly.
Nice-to-Have / Bonus Skills
- Experience with 3D interior / booth / space design software (e.g. SketchUp, Coohom, or similar).
- Interest in automotive, car culture, or industrial/technical brands.
- Basic knowledge of social media content best practices (dimensions, formats, what performs well).
What We Offer
- Opportunity to shape the visual direction of a global automotive brand.
- Close collaboration with brand and marketing leadership (not “just another designer”).
- Room to experiment with AI tools and new formats as part of your workflow.
- A fast‑paced, growth‑focused environment with real impact on how the brand is seen worldwide.
