Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd, a leading staffing and project support partner in Singapore, seeks a dedicated grants administrator to support healthcare grants and innovation programmes.

You will coordinate grant cycles, prepare documentation, liaise with stakeholders, and monitor funded projects, helping ensure milestones, budgets, and deliverables are on track while organising workshops and knowledge-sharing events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Science or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in grants administration, project management, research administration, or healthcare operations is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration and implementation of healthcare grants and innovation programmes.
• Coordinate grant application cycles, including preparation of documentation, stakeholder communications, and application tracking.
• Organise grant review panels, committee meetings, and provide secretariat support, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
• Monitor funded projects, track project milestones, budget utilisation, and grant deliverables.
• Liaise with internal departments, healthcare institutions, funding agencies, and external partners on grant-related matters.
• Support the planning and execution of workshops, seminars, knowledge-sharing events, and award programmes.
• Assist in stakeholder engagement and support the transition of innovation projects towards implementation and adoption.
• Perform other administrative and project-related duties assigned by management.
