Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Grants Administration and Project Support professional in Singapore to help manage healthcare grants and innovation programmes. You will coordinate grant cycles, prepare documentation, communicate with stakeholders, and track progress from inception to delivery.

The role involves organising review panels, minute-taking, coordinating workshops, and ensuring projects move toward implementation with strong administrative oversight.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science or related discipline.
• Experience in grants administration, project management, research administration, or healthcare operations preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Mansioni

• Support administration and implementation of healthcare grants and innovation programmes.
• Coordinate grant application cycles, Documentation, stakeholder comms, and tracking.
• Organise grant review panels and meetings; provide secretariat support including minutes.
• Monitor funded projects: track milestones, budget utilisation, and deliverables.
• Liaise with internal departments, healthcare institutions, funding agencies and partners.
• Assist in planning and executing workshops, seminars, and knowledge-sharing events.
• Support transition of innovatie projects toward implementation and adoption.
• Perform other admin and project-related duties as assigned.

Formazione
