Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled professional to join the Grants & Innovation Office (GIO) in Singapore. The role focuses on managing healthcare innovation grant schemes, from design through evaluation to closure, while coordinating applications, reviews, and funded agreements with healthcare institutions, government agencies, and funders.

The successful candidate will monitor progress, handle budgets and reporting, and build strong stakeholder relationships to support the adoption

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science, Public Health, or a related field.
3+ years of relevant grant management or public-sector funding experience.
Strong analytical, organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Excel and reporting; familiarity with regulatory or ethics review processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end administration of healthcare innovation grant schemes, from design to closure.
Coordinate grant applications, eligibility screening, review panels, funding approvals, and grant agreements.
Monitor project progress, budgets, claims, and outcomes for compliance with funding terms.
Prepare management reports, funding updates, and programme performance analysis.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders including healthcare institutions, government agencies, funders, and partners.
Support innovation initiatives across the healthcare cluster, scaling pilots to wider implementation.
Maintain accurate grant documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and PDPA.
