Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science, Public Health, or related field.
• 3+ years in grant management, research grants, programme administration, or public-sector funding.
• Strong analytical, organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Excel and reporting; experience with regulatory or ethics review processes is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end administration of healthcare innovation grant schemes from design to closure.
• Coordinate grant applications, eligibility screening, review panels, funding approvals, and grant agreements.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, claims, and outcomes to ensure compliance with funding terms.
• Prepare management reports, funding updates, and programme performance analysis.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders including healthcare institutions, government agencies, funders and partners.
• Support innovation initiatives across the healthcare cluster, including transitioning pilots to wider implementation.
• Maintain accurate grant documentation and ensure compliance with governance and PDPA.
