Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science, Public Health or a relevant discipline.
• Preferably at least 3 years of relevant experience in grant management, particularly research grants, programme management or funding administration.
• Experience in healthcare, public healthcare institutions or public sector funding will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of healthcare innovation, hospital operations, regulatory or ethics review processes is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Grant Scheme Management & Administration: design and implement funding themes, timelines, eligibility criteria and funding models.
• Grant Application, Evaluation & Award: manage end-to-end grant applications, screenings and eligibility checks.
• Grant Monitoring & Financial Administration: monitor progress, budgets, KPIs and reports; coordinate disbursements.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Programme Development: promote funding schemes, support pilot projects and communications.
