Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd, on behalf of the Grants & Innovation Office, seeks a skilled Grant and Programme Administrator to manage healthcare innovation funding schemes from design to closure.

You will coordinate applications, ensure compliance with funding terms and PDPA, build stakeholder relationships across healthcare and government bodies, and prepare performance reports to support scaling pilots into wider implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science, Public Health, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in grant management, research grants, programme administration, or public-sector funding.
• Strong analytical, organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Excel and reporting; experience with regulatory or ethics review processes is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end administration of healthcare innovation grant schemes from design and application calls to evaluation, approval, award, monitoring and closure.
• Coordinate grant applications, eligibility screening, review panels, funding approvals, and grant agreements.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, claims, and outcomes to ensure compliance with funding terms and reporting requirements.
• Prepare management reports, funding updates, and programme performance analysis.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders including healthcare institutions, government agencies, funders, and innovation partners.
• Support innovation initiatives across the healthcare cluster, including transitioning successful pilots to wider implementation.
• Maintain accurate grant documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies, governance requirements, and PDPA.
