Job summary

SWDA in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to review and develop business processes to support incentive programmes, augment operational efficiency and improve service delivery in funding administration. Reporting to the team lead, you will design and implement SOPs, engage with stakeholders, manage data analysis and ensure compliant processes across grants and CET initiatives.

The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management and the ability to work across teams

Qualifications

• Proven ability to review and design operational processes for funding administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication, including stakeholder management and presentations.
• Familiarity with systems thinking methodologies and process design.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement effective operational processes relating to funding administration.
• Lead project management efforts and drive technology integration to enhance efficiency.
• Review workflows and develop SOPs aligned with funding policy implementation plans.
• Engage with training providers and stakeholders to support grant administration.
• Perform data extraction, collation, and analysis for reporting and risk management.
• Provide secretariat support for multi-agency workgroups.
