Job summary

NTU Singapore invites applications for a Programme Marketing and Outreach Manager within the NTU Entrepreneurship Academy (NTUpreneur). The role focuses on planning, developing and organising programme marketing, outreach events and student engagement initiatives.

You will manage data for the Undergraduate Team, oversee budgeting and reporting for student engagement functions, and collaborate across faculties to foster an inclusive, active student experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognised Institute of Higher Learning.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in student engagement, student development, or programme/event management within a tertiary-education environment, with supervisory exposure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with familiarity in social-media tools, digital communications and basic design applications.
• Strong planning, organisational and multi-tasking abilities to manage student-related projects, events and outreach activities effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams, build rapport and engage a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to collect, analyse and report data for programme evaluation and improvement.
• Empathy and sensitivity in working with students, with the ability to foster inclusion, collaboration and a positive student experience.
• Strong social-media awareness and creativity in producing engaging digital content; experience in video editing or graphic-design tools will be an advantage.
• Proactive, resourceful and student-centred, demonstrating initiative, sound problem-solving and effective time-management skills.
• Team-oriented and adaptable, able to work independently and perform under pressure while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
