Job summary

Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Singapore's NBS Graduate Studies seeks a strategic leader to head employer engagement and operations. You will lead a team, develop partnerships with employers, oversee employment outcomes reporting, data governance, and drive operational excellence across Graduate Studies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from a reputable university.
• Postgraduate qualification or MBA would be advantageous.
• Proven leadership experience with teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in employer engagement, partnerships development and industry relations.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing complex projects and strategic initiatives.
• International exposure and experience across diverse cultures would be advantageous.
• Experience in higher education, graduate programmes, or career services would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement employer engagement and operational strategies for NBS Graduate Studies.
• Lead and develop the Employer Engagement & Operations team to deliver high-quality services.
• Drive strategic initiatives, process improvements, and operational enhancements for efficiency and scalability.
• Oversee resource planning, budgeting, and performance within the portfolio.
• Strengthen relationships with employers, recruiters, alumni, and industry partners.
• Provide market insights to support planning and employment objectives.
• Oversee employment outcomes reporting and data governance and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with programmes, student engagement, faculty, and stakeholders.
• Lead strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the unit.
