Job summary

Responsibilities include registration, scheduling, billing, stock management, and coordination with doctors to enhance patient satisfaction. Night/weekend availability may be required to meet clinic needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a clinic environment, preferably in a managerial role.
• Demonstrated leadership to guide clinic staff and manage customer relations.
• Strong customer service orientation with knowledge of basic business processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and team.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the GP Clinic to ensure smooth functioning.
• Deliver high-quality service and uphold clinical standards across the clinic.
• Register patients, schedule appointments, and collect payments accurately.
• Perform general administrative duties including medical billing and invoices.
• Conduct monthly stock checks of drugs and consumables.
