Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Clinic Operations Manager to oversee daily operation of clinics, ensure efficient front desk and administrative processes, and drive patient satisfaction in Singapore. You will lead a team of clinic staff, provide training, manage appointment systems, and participate in projects integrating queue systems with mobile apps and web platforms.

The role requires coordinating staff schedules and leaves, implementing MOH-aligned procedures, and handling patient

Qualifications

• Min Degree in any related course of studies (Lifescience, Chemistry, Business, Biomedical science, etc)
• Experience managing a large number of people is preferred
• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth daily operations of clinics including front counter and administrative matters
• Achieve patients' satisfaction targets
• Develop and implement innovative services to improve patient experience
• Manage and schedule a group of clinic staff including leaves
• Provide induction, orientation, training and appraisal for clinic staff
• Implement and monitor an effective appointment management system
• Collaborate on projects to integrate appointment/queue systems with mobile apps and web-based platforms
• Manage patient complaints and service recovery
• Disseminate and implement MOH policies and procedures
• Oversee documentation to ensure MOH directives are met
