Job summary

Regis Medical Group Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a patient‑oriented clinic support staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service. You will assist doctors, manage patient flow, and handle administrative tasks with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.

The role requires strong communication, computer literacy, and a willingness to work on fixed or flexible hours including weekends and night shifts. Training and career growth are available within our modern clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Higher NITEC in Service Skills or GCE O Level with English pass.
• Preferred: Diploma in Health Services Management (e.g. RP Health Services Management Diploma)

Responsibilities

• Operate day-to-day clinic functions.
• Handle registration and patient flow.
• Answer calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Manage queue systems and appointments.
• Assist doctors during procedures and tests.
• Perform health screenings.
• Conduct 12-Lead ECGs.
• Stock control of drugs and consumables.
• End-of-day payment terminal settlement.
