Job summary

Beyond Medical Group in Singapore is seeking a clinic operations support staff to help run daily functions and assist the Clinic Manager and Medical Director in the assigned clinic. The role covers customer service, cashiering, appointment bookings, and handling insurance matters (Medisave and Letters of Guarantee).

You will liaise with customers, vendors, suppliers and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth clinic operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in clinic day-to-day operations and functions.
• Assist the Clinic Manager and Medical Director in the assigned clinic.
• Responsible for all aspects of customer service including cashiering, appointment booking, and enquiries.
• Responsible for all matters pertaining to insurance, Medisave, and Letter of Guarantee(s).
• Liaise with customers, vendors, suppliers, and local regulatory bodies when required.
• Assist in the renewal of relevant licenses.
• Other duties assigned by the Clinic Manager and/or Medical Director as required.
