Job summary

ETERN MEDICAL PUNGGOL PTE. LTD. seeks a capable clinic administrator to support the Executive and Manager in supervising clinic assistants and ensuring smooth daily operations. You will help source locum doctors, manage rosters, handle patient liaison, payments and training.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to multitask and work evenings, weekends and PH as needed. Join a dynamic clinic environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma in healthcare or related discipline with at least 2 years clinic operation experience.
• Prior experience as clinic assistant or nurse is welcome.
• Experience in operations/administration in healthcare is advantageous.
• Strong people management, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to multitask, work long hours and work under pressure.
• Team player with the ability to coordinate with clinicians.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access).

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing locum doctors and manage monthly staff and doctor rosters.
• Arrange emergency cover when staff take medical leave.
• Process staff and locum timesheets.
• Follow up on complex patient cases as liaison to ensure timely service.
• Handle difficult customers and report to Executive/Manager.
• Ensure payment collection and daily sales closing submissions.
• Liaise with laboratories and MCOs on admin/operation matters.
• Check monthly MCO invoices for accuracy.
• Prepare monthly inventory and medical supplies reports.
• Supervise cleaning and infection control in clinic facilities.
• Provide feedback on staff performance and development milestones.
• Orientate and train new staff with nurse involvement in processes.
• Attend management meetings and organise Work Group activities.
• Perform clinic nurse duties when rostering/training system is used.
• Any other duties assigned by doctors and the Manager.
