Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical or partner support and service delivery.
• Strong troubleshooting and issue-diagnosis abilities.
• Experience with ticketing/case management platforms.
• Exposure to SaaS/cloud or marketplace environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Google-related support cases for partners.
• Investigate provisioning, licensing, and subscription issues.
• Perform manual remediation when needed and drive resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams and Google stakeholders to fix issues.
• Create and maintain knowledge resources to reduce repeats.
