Job summary

Pax8 is seeking a hands-on Google specialist to own and manage Google-related support cases, shaping the Google partnership across APAC. You will diagnose licensing, provisioning, and subscription issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive timely resolutions.

In this hybrid role, you’ll build scalable knowledge resources, identify trends, and improve partner experiences while working from our Singapore office and across the region.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical support, partner support, service delivery, or escalation management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose complex technical issues.
• Experience working with ticketing and case management platforms.
• Exposure to SaaS, cloud, marketplace, distribution, or managed services environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build confidence with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A proactive mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience documenting processes and creating scalable knowledge resources.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Google-related support cases, ensuring partners receive timely, high-quality resolutions.
• Investigate provisioning, licensing, and subscription issues across Google solutions.
• Perform approved manual remediation activities when automated processes fail.
• Collaborate with Support, Engineering, Product, and Google stakeholders to drive issue resolution.
• Create and maintain knowledge resources that improve self-service and reduce repeat issues.
• Identify trends, recurring challenges, and opportunities to improve the partner experience.
