Job summary

Pax8 in Singapore is seeking a Partner Support Specialist for Google to help partners adopt, provision, and scale Google solutions. You will be a Google subject matter expert, collaborating across teams to resolve issues and enable successful adoption in the APAC region.

The role involves handling Google provisioning, licensing, and subscription challenges while building scalable knowledge resources and processes. A hybrid working model and growth opportunities across Pax8 are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical support, partner support, or service delivery.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose complex issues.
• Experience with ticketing and case management platforms.
• Exposure to SaaS, cloud marketplaces, or managed services.
• Excellent communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactive ownership and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Experience documenting processes and creating scalable knowledge resources.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Google-related support cases with timely resolutions.
• Investigate provisioning, licensing, and subscription issues.
• Perform approved manual remediation when automation fails.
• Collaborate with Support, Engineering, Product, and Google stakeholders.
• Create and maintain knowledge resources to reduce repeat issues.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve partner experience.
