Job summary

Google Cloud’s AI Sales Specialist role sits in Singapore, driving incubated AI opportunities across APAC. You will partner with customers’ CEOs, founders, and engineering leaders to craft compelling business cases and accelerate AI adoption on Google Cloud.

You will design innovative commercial models, pricing, and agreements, building scalable GTM plays with AI ISVs and ecosystems while aligning with regional growth objectives. Join a team advancing the AI revolution at Google.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in customer-facing sales or related fields in cloud/AI/SaaS.
• Experience with CEOs, founders and engineering leaders to build business cases and guide commercial discussions.
• Track record of converting customers from open-source self-hosted models or competitor cloud platforms to first-party managed services.
• Growing new-business incubation, strategic overlay sales, or emerging technology practice areas.
• Building customer-facing joint GTM plays with AI ISVs, ecosystems, or hardware/platform partners.
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to co-sell with regional sales teams.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI market dynamics, foundation model consumption, token economics, and GPU/TPU infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accountability for strategic business and consumption goals across incubated motions.
• Act as a trusted commercial advisor to customer CEOs, founders, and engineering leaders to shape AI roadmap and accelerate adoption on Google Cloud.
• Ingest market signals to spot nascent commercial opportunities before broad market demand matures.
• Develop and test innovative pricing models, customer value propositions, and agreement structures.
• Lead commercial structuring and negotiation on key strategic deals to land initial flagship wins.
