Qualifications

3+ years of performance marketing for overseas PC or mobile apps.
Deep expertise in advertising auction mechanisms on Facebook/Google with best practices.
Ability to craft high-converting ad copy for international audiences.
Translate product selling points into overseas-focused creatives.
Strong data sensitivity to identify and fix issues in metrics.
Quick learner with execution and results focus.
Fluent in English and Mandarin for collaboration with regional teams.

Responsibilities

Drive user growth for overseas tool products through performance advertising campaigns.
Monitor real-time advertising account data and optimize strategies to maximize performance.
Stay updated on ad formats and creative trends to improve CTR and conversions.
Conduct performance reviews and produce regular reports on volume, retention, ROI, etc.
Analyze user acquisition models and learnings from competitors to innovate tactics.
Collaborate cross-functionally to provide insights and influence product improvements.
