Job summary

Aventis Graduate School in Singapore is seeking a Lead Generation & Performance Marketing Specialist to own the digital acquisition funnel. You will design, execute, and scale paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Taboola to generate qualified leads for our MBA, MSc, and executive development programmes.

You will optimize CPL and CPA, collaborate with content and design teams, and rely on data analytics to drive ROI.

Qualifications

2–3 years of hands-on performance marketing and lead generation experience.
Deep mastery of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Taboola.
Education/industry background in Education, B2B, or high-ticket B2C preferred.

Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, build, and scale multi-channel paid ad campaigns from initial audience targeting through to final lead capture.
Budget & Pipeline Management: Manage advertising spend strategically to maximize lead volume, improve lead quality, and maintain CPA and CPL targets.
Funnel & CRO: Continuously test and optimize ad copy, creative assets, landing pages, and lead forms to improve conversion rates at every funnel step.
Data Analytics & Attribution: Track and report performance metrics using GA4, Meta Business Suite, and ad dashboards; turn data into actionable iterations.
Creative Collaboration: Work with content and design teams to build high-converting visuals and persuasive ad copy for professionals.
Testing & Innovation: Lead a robust A/B testing framework across audiences and ad formats.
