Responsibilities

• Maintain and update accurate customer records in the company system for reliable data management.
• Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth customer service operations and timely issue resolution.
• Build and sustain positive relationships with customers to support long-term engagement.
• Support daily administrative tasks and prepare customer service reports as required to track performance and issues.
