Job summary

Toll Global Logistics is hiring a Customer Service Assistant in Singapore to support order fulfilment, communicate with operation teams, forwarders and vendors, and drive on-time delivery. You will handle documentation, system transactions in WMS, and billing while ensuring service quality across the logistics chain.

The role requires 1–2 years in logistics customer service, the ability to work independently and in a team, and proximity to or entitlement to work in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Prefer 1–2 years of experience in customer service within the logistics industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Process orders in line with rating principles and operator variations.
• Prepare documentation for order processing.
• Perform stock transfer and system transactions in WMS.
• Monitor cargo handling schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Validate documentation and escalate non-conformities.
• Identify operational shortfalls and escalate.
• Manage mitigating actions to address delivery lapses.
• Prepare reports for customers and operations.
• Handle billing processes.
