Job summary

Crown Worldwide Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Experience Representative in Singapore to be the primary contact for customers across the service journey. You will manage inquiries, coordinate service delivery with operations, and resolve issues to ensure a seamless customer experience.

You will build strong relationships with customers while collaborating with sales and support teams to drive service excellence, maintain CRM records, and support process improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems; experience in logistics or relocation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for customers via phone, email, and digital platforms.
• Coordinate service delivery with internal operational teams to ensure timely execution.
• Resolve customer concerns, investigate issues, and escalate where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and generate performance reports.
• Support customer feedback collection and contribute to service-improvement initiatives.
